Jule was a human male Militia Officer who served the Galactic Republic during the Cold War. Jule was a lone survivor of an ill-fated squad that were ambushed. Saddened, he returned to the Camp Largona and got drunk. When he was still in a state of extreme intoxication, a group of Republic operatives approached him. He told them his sad story, and asked them to complete the mission by slicing the Sith Empire's comm relays that his team had failed to complete.
